Spanish Iberico pork comes from the Black Iberian Pig, which is native to the Iberian Peninsula. These pigs roam free in oak forests and consume a diet predominantly of acorns. This unique diet leads to richly marbled meat, giving Iberico pork its exceptional flavor and tenderness, often likened to Wagyu beef in its quality.
Iberico pork is prized for its taste but also for its health benefits. It is rich in monounsaturated fats, which are known for their positive impact on cholesterol levels.
In order to reduce the amount of plastic waste and to make it easy to freeze, our handmade burgers are now layer packed and prepared by the box instead of individually vacuum packed. Simply take out what you’re planning to grill that day and toss the rest in the freezer. Once frozen, the convenient dividers make it easy to remove a layer to thaw for your next gathering.
