Kobe beef comes from the Hyogo prefecture in Japan. Kobe beef refers to cuts from the Tajima strain of Wagyu cattle raised in the region. Only cattle that meet a specific marbling score of 6 or more with a fine meat texture and have passed weight limitations, among other strict criteria, are officially certified as “Kobe Beef.”
These wagyu tenderloin steaks offer intense intramuscular marbling that melts while your steak cooks, deep, rich red colour, and tenderness and flavour that cannot be matched. How It Ships...
Our US Wagyu Tenderloin steaks are cut fresh to order, then immediately vacuum sealed in individual portions and sent directly to your door. On receiving your US Wagyu tenderloin, make sure to refrigerate it immediately. Vacuum-sealed Wagyu beef filets will keep for about ten days in the refrigerator or up to a year in the freezer.
